All sales are final no exceptions.  Deposits applied toward the purchase price of a puppy are nonrefundable or transferable once you have made a commitment to a particular puppy.  No Exceptions!! If a buyer fails to complete the sales transaction once a deposit has been made then $500 of the purchase price will be retained by me.  This is to cover the cost of holding the puppy and relisting the puppy.  I will not hold a puppy without a secure deposit.   If a family finds themselves in a situation where they have no choice but to rehome their puppy I will take the puppy back.   I will not refund the price of the puppy, nor am I obligated to offer a replacement puppy should a buyer decide to return a puppy unless the reason for the return falls under the guarantee.    Once a deposit is placed on a puppy then I will assign a tentative date for shipping, or picking up the puppy called the date of release.  I do have the right to change the date of release provided I or my veterinarian feels the puppy is not ready to leave.  A change of release date is not a reason for a refund of the deposit.   I cannot and will not guarantee the adult size, color, or disposition of your puppy.   As a breeder, I do my best to predict the adult characteristics of your puppy based on characteristics of mom and dad and past litters.  Please keep in mind they are only predictions.  If I am asked to board, or hold a puppy past the age of eight weeks old, or past the age of ready a $100 per week or $10 a day boarding fee will apply.  If a puppy is not picked up or if the client is not able to receive the puppy by the age of 12 weeks then said puppy will be placed for adoption and all money applied toward the purchase of the dog and boarding will be retained by Willow Woods with no refunds.  The balance of your puppy must be paid in full at the age of 6 weeks.  All puppies are sold on a limited registration paper and are to be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age.  I will release registration papers once I receive proof of spay or neuter.   I will only take cash as form of payment when you are picking your puppy up in person.  Deposits and purchases made from families that need delivery will have to pay using paypal.  I do not take checks, money orders, or cashier checks.  I only meet clients at a public neutral location on pick up day. The purchase of a puppy from Willow Woods  is an acknowledgement and an agreement of the terms and conditions of the sale.  Any legal dispute will be filed and held in Conway County Arkansas.   Thank you
